  1. According with this model, participants brainstormed during the training course on the 5 P's, and these are the results of their brainstorming:

    Passion:
    • Passion drives changes
    • Passion is the motivator of changes
    • Passion keeps us open-minded to innovations
    • Passion is the way to connect people in the same interest groups
    • Passion makes you look different on what is profit
    • Passion is mother of science
    • Recognition of your own passion will make you support other people passion
    • We have to know and identify our passion clearly so we don’t quit
    • Passion gives you the persistence
    • Passion is the main motivator to apply effort to action
