Passion: • Passion drives changes • Passion is the motivator of changes • Passion keeps us open-minded to innovations • Passion is the way to connect people in the same interest groups • Passion makes you look different on what is profit • Passion is mother of science • Recognition of your own passion will make you support other people passion • We have to know and identify our passion clearly so we don’t quit • Passion gives you the persistence • Passion is the main motivator to apply effort to action
Purpose: • Promote Arts • Identify the problems of community • Find solutions with the community • Raise awareness • Empowerment of the community • Give voice to those that don’t have (involve small groups) • Networking • Share ideas + creativity • Growing empathy (present different point of view) • Non Formal Education • Give opportunities • Stimulate (first steps together)
Plan: • Ways to promote the ideas • Ways and means for the starting capital (either by our own means or fund raising) • Network • Time plan • Location (venue of the project and office?) • Division of the labor among partners (S.O.S.) • Exchanges with other countries • Defined stakeholders and reliable partners • Long-term benefits for people, community & environment • Flexibility and balance • Definition of roles • Prepared activities and expenditures • Creativity • Open-ideas exercises • Back up activities • Clear realistic aims
